However, we understand that you may have questions and we will always aim to provide straight-forward and stress-free aftersales or product query advice.

We aim to respond to emails in no less than two days, please ensure and images or videos are attached before sending.

Customer services

Our customer service team is ready to answer any queries you have about our products, delivery times and warranties. Help is available during normal working hours of Monday to Friday. At the weekend, or outside of these hours, you can contact us via email or our contact form and we will answer your enquiry as soon as possible.

Before contacting us, please first check your emails or online account for order confirmations, product updates, shipping confirmations and tracking information. Technical or advanced queries which require input from our engineering and mechanical team may require longer waiting times to be answered.
