How can we help?

We put all of our engineering and automotive knowledge into every Probite product and hope that every item brings you miles and miles of exciting driving and enhanced performance. However, we understand that you may have questions and we will always aim to provide straight-forward and stress-free aftersales or product query advice.

The answers to commonly asked questions can be found on our FAQs page but, if you still can't find the answer that you need, please get in touch with us via the contact form below or by emailing us at help@probite.co.uk. We aim to respond to emails in no less than two days, please ensure and images or videos are attached before sending.

Customer services

Our customer service team is ready to answer any queries you have about our products, delivery times and warranties. Help is available during normal working hours of Monday to Friday. At the weekend, or outside of these hours, you can contact us via email or our contact form and we will answer your enquiry as soon as possible.

Before contacting us, please first check your emails or online account for order confirmations, product updates, shipping confirmations and tracking information. Technical or advanced queries which require input from our engineering and mechanical team may require longer waiting times to be answered.
